Hi, I’m Christeen – pharmacist, co-owner, and Quality Control Supervisor at Shire Compounding Pharmacy in Caringbah. I work alongside my brother Mina and our dedicated team to provide personalised, high-quality care to our local community through both compounding and traditional pharmacy services.
With a strong background in community pharmacy, I’ve always believed that great healthcare is built on trust, genuine connection, and clinical excellence. In my role overseeing quality control, I ensure every compound we produce meets the highest standards for safety, accuracy, and effectiveness—because our patients deserve nothing less.
What I love most about pharmacy is the opportunity to make a real impact every day, whether that’s helping someone manage a chronic condition, tailoring a medication to meet a specific need, or simply being a trusted point of contact for health advice and support.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and soaking up the relaxed lifestyle of the Shire. Being part of such a close-knit community—both personally and professionally—is something I’m truly grateful for.
