Michael Attya

Hi, I’m Michael Attya, a pharmacist at Shire Compounding Pharmacy in Caringbah. I’ve always had a strong passion for community pharmacy, and I truly believe in the power of personal, face-to-face care in helping people feel confident and supported on their health journey.

Every day, I’m grateful to be part of a pharmacy that values the individual needs of each patient. Whether I’m preparing custom medications in our compounding lab or offering advice over the counter, I’m always focused on building relationships and making healthcare feel approachable and personal. That’s what drew me to pharmacy in the first place—being there for the community and making a real difference in people’s lives.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad and love spending time with my kids. You’ll often find us down at Wanda Beach in Cronulla, enjoying the sand, surf, and relaxed lifestyle that makes the Shire such a great place to raise a family. For me, life is all about balance—being present for my family, serving the community I care about, and helping people live healthier, happier lives.
