Hi, I’m Mina, the Head Pharmacist at Shire Compounding Pharmacy in Caringbah. With over a decade of experience in both community and compounding pharmacy, I’m deeply committed to providing personalised, high-quality healthcare that’s centred on each patient’s individual needs.

My journey began in community pharmacy, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care, medication management, and building long-term relationships with individuals and families. Community pharmacy taught me the value of being accessible, trusted, and present in people’s everyday health journeys. It’s where I discovered my passion for going beyond the script—offering advice, support, and reassurance at every stage of life.

For me, pharmacy is not just about dispensing medicine—it’s about being part of a community’s health story. I believe in a proactive, collaborative approach to care, working closely with local doctors, specialists, and of course, our patients, to deliver outcomes that truly make a difference.
